Hotel Lobby AI Character Swap: Cast Your Duo
Choose two references and assign the opening left and right roles for your orange-booth duet.
Open the Two-Photo GeneratorHow the two-character preset works
The performance reference supplies the booth and duet. Your two images describe the intended cast. Review the photos and their order before using a video take.
Prepare your character swap
- 1
1. Pick the pairing
Decide who takes each opening role before choosing the images.
- 2
2. Inspect both references
Use a separate, clear image of each subject. Check the previews and exchange the photos to reverse casting.
- 3
3. Check the take and submit
The current output is 15 seconds at 480P. Review your remaining videos, then generate from the two-photo workspace.
- 4
4. Compare the completed clip
Look at both identities at the opening, during turns and at the end before downloading.
Open the generator when your photos are ready. Review video packs before purchasing.
Reference preview: the orange-booth format
This is the preset reference, separate from a result made with your uploaded photos.
Your two photos, assigned to two roles
Performer starting on the viewer’s left
Performer starting on the viewer’s right
Each identity follows its original performer during movement.
Choose the duo first
Plan the opening roles before uploading. The first slot belongs to the original left performer; the second belongs to the original right performer. Use the previews to confirm the intended pairing.
Show useful reference detail
Choose one visible subject per photo. A closer image can make the face easier to see; a wider image can also show clothing. Keep the subject recognizable and avoid other faces in the crop.
Keep identity attached to the role
Left and right describe the opening assignments. A performer crossing the frame should retain the same identity. Reorder your photos before submitting when you want the opposite casting.
Use the two-photo workspace
The generator already contains the scene and performance reference. Add both images, check their previews and your available takes, then submit. A paid take produces a 15-second, 480P video.
Inspect movement as well as faces
Compare several moments with your original photos. Check that the performers stay separate through turns and gestures. Listen to the download independently of the visible mouth movement; a usable first frame does not establish a consistent whole clip.
